OverView
YES-2000C electro-hydraulic pressure testing machine is mainly used for compression test of a variety of materials such as: cement, concrete, bricks of various construction, rubber, concrete, metal member or the like compressive strength test.
The whole machine of the test machine is mainly composed of four parts: main engine, oil source, control cabinet and digital display. The machine uses the hydraulic system to apply the test force. The test data is measured by the oil pressure sensor, and the digital tube display has the functions of peak hold and load speed display.
The main machine of the ? test machine is a four-column frame type loading mechanism. The beam is supported by the four columns on the base, and is fastened by a nut to form a loading frame. The upper pressure plate is mounted on the lower end of the screw of the beam, and the speed reducer is equipped with a driving sprocket, and the driven sprocket drives the driven sprocket through the chain, and then the driven sprocket drives the nut to rotate, so that the upper pressure plate mounted on the screw follows The screw moves up and down. A working table is arranged on the upper end of the cylinder piston, and a lower pressing plate is placed on the working table. The concentric circle of the lower platen is for the purpose of conveniently placing the sample, and the oil pipe on the main machine is in communication with the electric control cabinet. The electromechanical control cabinet and mainframe design were patented for appearance.
