Sensor pengukuran confocalDT IFS 2403 confocal chromatic mengkombinasikan manfaat dari dua konsep desain confocal yang sukses. Dengan diameter luar 8mm, sensor ini hampir seperti sensor mini seri confocalDT IFS 2402. Namun, karena aperture digital yang lebih besar, ia dapat menerima cahaya yang jauh lebih memantulkan cahaya daripada versi diameter 4mm yang lebih kecil. Sensor ini juga tersedia sebagai model radial atau aksial.
